Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return period on all items ordered directly from Teravail.com.
  • Any returned items must be in the same condition you received them in, meaning they are unused/uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Product returned to Teravail that has been used, is not in original packaging, or cannot be resold may result in a 50% service fee or no refund.
    • Product returned to Teravail without an RA number may result in a delayed refund or no refund at all.

  • If you purchased your Teravail product from another online seller or your local bike shop, please work with that business to process your return.
    • Product returned to Teravail that was not purchased from Teravail will result in no refund. 

  • If you purchased your Teravail product directly from Teravail, please follow these steps to initiate your return:
    • Email  info@teravail.com with your original proof of purchase/order confirmation to initiate return.  Your original order number is important!
    • A Teravail customer service representative will get back to you within 1-busines day with an RA number that you can use to send your product back.
    • Package the product up and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box.
    • A returned package without the RA number on the outside of the box may result in up to a 2 week delay in issuing of your refund or no refund at all.

  • Upon receipt of product, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the credit/debit card used in the original transaction.

    • Remember, any original shipping fees will not be included in your refund.

Warranty Claims

  • All Teravail products are covered under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase.  Please reference our warranty policy for more questions.
    • Our tires are handmade and as with anything handmade, may have slight variations from tire to tire.  Slight side-to-side wobble in the tread when new may occur and is normal.
    • Remember, tires and tubes are considered consumable goods and our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear and/or usage.  Examples of normal wear include tread wear, flat tires, cuts and tears due to road or trail debris, etc.

  • If you purchased your Teravail product from your local bike shop or online retailer, you can either work with that party to handle your claim or follow the steps below to process you claim directly with Teravail.  Please note that if you purchased your tire from a party other than Teravail and are choosing to claim warranty directly with Teravail, we are not able to process a direct refund, only a like for like replacement.
    • If you believe your product to be defective and would like to submit a warranty claim, please follow these instructions:
      • Please collect the following:
        • Your original proof of purchase/order confirmation showing your order number and date of purchase.
        • A photo or video of the offending area/issue.
        • A photo of the hot patch on the tire showing make and model information.

    • Please send those items via email to info@teravail.com and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you within 1-business day to discuss your claim and any possible resolution.

Order Cancellation

  • If after submission you would like to cancel your order, please email info@teravail.com and a customer service representative will assess order status and contact you with status and expectations.
  • We work to process orders as quickly as we can, so if your order has been processed and is in transit, we will work with you to initiate a return on your order.

Order Processing

  • Upon order submission, all orders will be processed within 1-business day.
  • We do not process orders on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national US holidays.
  • Orders submitted after 4:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted upon checkout.
  • Teravail orders ship to contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or to any other countries, at this time.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
